Pet Policy

We’re pet-friendly! We also have a dog park for you and your furry family to enjoy!
We allow 2 pets per home with a weight limit of under 45 lbs.

Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet
One-time Pet Fee: $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets

Please keep in mind that breed restrictions do apply. Breed restrictions include but not limited to Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Belgian Malinois, Borzoi Hounds, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, Great Dane, Great Pyreenees, Irish Wolf Hound, Komondor, Neapolitan Mastiff, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Sottish Deerhound, Shar Pei, Stafford Terrior, and Wolf Hybrid.
All applicants are required to complete a pet or no pet profile through our 3rd part pet screening service. Fees for this service are determined by and paid to the third party. Please call for more details.
